The 105th Annual Show of the Winton A&P Association is being held on Saturday 16 January 2021 at the Winton Racecourse.
Applications are now being accepted for trade space sites. (PDF Application form here)
Our charges are:
- $60 for up to 5m frontage site
- $100 for up to 10m frontage site
- Sites over 10m - $100 for first 10m then $10 per m thereafter
- Craft sites $20 for 3m frontage site
We again have a marquée where we are offering 4m sites for $50 each. Please advise if you would like one of these as soon as possible as sites are very limited. You are responsible for providing your own table and chairs.
Additional $10 if you require power. All electrical and gas connections and appliances have to be tagged certified as per national safety standards. Any sites found to be non compliment will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
Food vendors are required to be licenced by their local Council and licences must be provided. Please see www.southlanddc.govt.nz for further details. Additional charge of $15 for all food vendors.
All trade space is to be paid for in advance. Confirmation of your site will be forwarded on receipt of your payment. Applications will be accepted up to 10 January 2019. There are limited places so applications will need to be in early. Craft & marquee sites will receive one entry ticket, M sites will receive two, and 10M and larger will receive three. Extra tickets may be purchased at a discounted rate.
Please note if you are planning on spending Friday night on the grounds no caravans or campers will be permitted in the trade site area. Caravans will need to be parked in the equestrian area.
